You know what although this is a topic not discussed on CNN or many other news station. Race is a huge part of Barack's run for office. He is making history right now. And i look back on the assasination of Martin Luther King Jr. about 40 years ago[ i wont say exacttly because im not sure and I dont want to look stupid]. You think about it ok thats almost half a century ago. Newsflash, America has not changed too much since then. I hate to say it, but some people are ignorant enough to still live in the past, and are unable to move forward. Which is one reason I really look up to Barack Obama. He is very brave, Abraham Lincoln, James A. Garfield, William McKinley, and John F. Kennedy were all successful assasinations of presidents. Now I'm sure many people aren't fully aware of all of these attempted presidential assasinations: Andrew Jackson, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, Richard M. Nixon, Gerald R. Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr, and Jr. and Bill Clinton. Now all white presidents, which leaves no doubt in my mind that Barack is in danger, not just if he wins the election, but the actual process of trying to win. Which is why i applaud him.
